"Route Directions" allows people to get the route by providing an origin and a destination, or draw the route to tell others how to reach a location.

New Web: PLACES (Maps, Street View and Local Search)

"PLACES" is an integration of Google Maps, Street View and Local Search. It allows people to link the location of a place with related street view and share with others. It also allows people to use local search function to find businesses listing in Google Places.
